Refund Policy

Try it before you pay

Every new team gets 7 days with everything unlocked and no card required. That exists so nobody has to buy Rustconnect to find out whether it works on their server.

14-day refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund it in full. This covers your first payment and every renewal after it. You do not need to explain why.

If you are in the UK or EU, this is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you have — it does not replace or reduce it.

After 14 days

We refund, in full or in part, when:

• Rustconnect was down or broken for a meaningful part of the period you paid for
• You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling
• A feature you subscribed for stopped working and we could not fix it

We generally do not refund a period you used normally — for example, remembering an unwanted renewal months later. Ask anyway; we would rather sort it out than have you dispute it with your bank.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund

Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running to the end of the period you already paid for. If you want that period refunded as well, say so.

How to ask

Email support@rustconnect.net or use the report button inside the app. Tell us which payment and we will handle it.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. They return the money to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback takes weeks, locks the account while it is investigated, and we can almost always resolve it the same day instead.

What happens to your data

A refund ends the subscription, which locks the team: servers stop connecting and alerts stop. Nothing is deleted — your servers, devices, history and settings stay as they are, and subscribing again resumes everything.
