How billing works
- Currency
- All prices are in US dollars. Paddle takes the payment and is the merchant of record, so Paddle is what appears on your card statement.
- Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel - monthly on the day you subscribed, or yearly on an annual plan. $10.00/mo, or $100.00 a year.
- Trial
- Every new team gets 7 days of the full product without a card. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe, and the trial is not a cut-down version of the plan.
- Cancelling
- Cancel yourself at any time from the billing page in your account. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted when it ends.
- Refunds
- Set out in full in our refund policy, linked at the foot of this page.
